Default Firmware Update

I have tried to upgrade to the latest version of the firmware (1.15). I'm currently running these versions 1.06/1.11/4.50 (the first beta with FLAC if I remember correct). I have tried to update several times with no luck. The firmware-image disappears from the usb-memory as it should, but no voice notification or playing of the mp3 on the memory!
I'm using the last one in the list from the ftp-site.

Anyone else having this problem?

Also wondering if there are any new version coming soon? The version I'm running seems a little bit unstable with iOS4 on the iPhone.

If the VML also could see Spotify playlist, not only the standard lists would be awesome.

Some cars don't give voice notification. But if the file is gone from the drive that means VML did take an update. You can also go to settings mode by pressing SCAN 8 times and see if the new version is displayed there or not.

We are planning another update for VML, which should be available on ftp site in late August.

In the settings menu it still shows "1.06/1.11/4.50".

The car is a IS250 from 2006.

It's not the latest one, so you did not update the unit. Please repeat the procedure and once you put the flash drive with update file in and put the car on, whether it gives you voice notification or not please wait 5 minutes. Then you shut the car off and remove the flash drive.

Doesn't work. Tried 3 more times with different combos. It just deletes the update-file, nothing more

Also never got the SSD-disk to work in this VML.

Would you be able to ship your unit back to us for one day?

My unit should arrive in the next couple of days now.

I have the SSD-disk mounted inside it, can you please check why the VML doesn't detect it also!?
