Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer shipping as fast as Next Day Air Early AM via UPS.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We want to get your parts to you as fast as we can. That’s why, whenever possible, we offer same-day processing and shipping. However, special orders or parts that are temporarily out of stock will take a little longer to process. Either way, we’ll keep you updated.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on what method you choose at checkout. That said, UPS can usually ship within 2-5 days.
Will you provide tracking information?
Yes! When your order ships, UPS will provide you with tracking information.
If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?
Yes, if not sooner. We usually charge your card once the order is placed.
If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?
Your order will ship as soon as it possibly can. We’ll keep you in the loop via email should this happen.
Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
Usually this isn’t a problem! All we ask is that you give us a call beforehand.
Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
We can normally ship to these places. However, be aware that shipping costs can get a little expensive.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please contact us about shipping to APOs/FPOs.
Do you ship internationally?
We’d be happy to ship our products to customers overseas. Again, be prepared for higher shipping costs in these cases as well as customs charges.
Do you ship oversized parts?
Yes. But the shipping costs will also be oversized.
What happens if you ship the wrong part?
If this happens, we’ll take care of our mistake, and it won’t cost you anything other than some inconvenience. However, we’re going to check our records first to make sure you didn’t accidentally order the wrong part.
What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?
If the part is damaged upon arrival, we’ll get you a replacement ASAP provided that a) you inform us immediately and b) you keep the damaged box so we can get UPS to reimburse us.
How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?
Our online shop allows you to choose the exact make, model, year, and trim of your vehicle so you only see parts that can integrate with your car. Otherwise feel free to call our customer service team at 720-733-2348 for any questions you may have.
What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?
If we sent you the wrong part or gave you wrong information, we’ll make it right. If you ordered the wrong part, you’ll need to return it to us and normal policies apply.
What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?
We start working on it right away one it’s placed. If you’re looking to change the delivery address before the order ships, call us right away to make arrangements. However, if the order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact UPS with your tracking number to change the delivery address. To change the delivery address, click here.
What if I never receive an order?
We put a tracking number on everything we ship for precisely this reason. If the part never arrives, we’ll know it. If it arrives but someone steals it off your porch, please call us.
What happens if I refuse the shipment?
Please don’t. Refusing a shipment is not the right way to return a package. Instead, just accept the shipment and then contact us to start the return process.
