SEER Makes Your Vehicle More Secure
SEER uses a proprietary proximity key fob that is essentially unhackable. While many vehicle security systems – even OEM factory security systems – can be hacked with a relay or replay attack, SEER is different:
- SEER is looking for a specific fob near your vehicle; If that fob isn’t nearby, SEER won’t activate.
- SEER can override the default factory vehicle behavior, meaning it can block thieves who manage to “hack” your security system
Because SEER requires physical proximity to activate, it can’t be hacked. And because the SEER fob is only about the size of a quarter, it’s easy to carry on you at all times.
